QUC is a Polish organisation developing specialised businesses that operate in different markets — from pet products and professional foodservice, through natural finishing materials, to technical chemicals and solutions for industry.
We connect different markets with one way of thinking: quality control, flexibility, efficient logistics and responsibility for the entire process. Each business has its own brand and its own customers — the warehouse, operational back office, marketing, procurement and management are shared.
Quality under control is not an advertising slogan for us. It is the way we work: we control product origin, documentation, storage conditions and the course of delivery.

QUC is a Polish organisation developing four specialised businesses in separate markets, connected by shared competences, infrastructure and the Quality Under Control philosophy.
QUC Sp. z o.o. has been operating since 2019, headquartered in Jasło in south-eastern Poland. We are not a single-segment company — we develop four different business lines, each with its own brand, its own market and its own sales specifics.
The company is owned by four partners who form its Management Board. Four owners, four markets and one working standard — Quality Under Control.
The team has around 15 people and is steadily growing. The organisation is small enough for decisions to be made quickly, and organised enough to run four markets in parallel.

The businesses grow in their own markets, but they do not build everything from scratch. QUC provides them with shared infrastructure.
A shared board, one strategy, consistent business principles.
The same standard of product and documentation verification in every business.
One facility in Jasło serving all four business lines.
A shared team responsible for brands, communication and sales materials.
Experience in sourcing products and raw materials from domestic and international markets.
Work on the portfolio, packaging and adapting the offer to applicable regulations.
Cooperation with experts and staff of the AGH University of Krakow.
Packing, blending, order handling and distribution with our own resources.
The company was founded in 2019. From the start we built it around competences rather than a single product — hence the development of several parallel businesses instead of deepening one specialisation.
The following years brought our own warehouse in Jasło, the launch of HoReCa distribution, the development of the Qweta brand, the Casadenza partnership for Poland and Slovakia, and an expanded technical chemicals offer.

Our company name is also a description of our method. We control product origin, documentation, storage conditions and the course of delivery — whether it is cat litter, frying oil, a stone veneer or a chemical raw material.
We would rather tell a customer what we will not do than promise a deadline we cannot meet. This approach sometimes costs us an order, but it builds relationships that last longer than a single contract.
Four businesses operate in four different markets, but they rest on one way of thinking. The same service standard, the same honesty in product information, the same responsibility for the process.
Mission and circular economyFleet electrification, our own photovoltaics and transport optimisation are in place today. Raw material recovery is the direction we are heading in.
Sourcing post-process materials and other material streams.
Separating valuable components using our technical chemistry expertise.
Returning the recovered raw material to the material cycle.
Building a product with real market value on that basis.
People are the company's key value. We build an environment based on stability, long-term cooperation, responsibility, skills development and workplace safety.
The team has around 15 people. In research and development we cooperate with experts and staff associated with the AGH University of Krakow.
One facility in Jasło serves all four businesses. Pallet racking, a picking zone, control of storage conditions and documentation — all handled by QUC.

Four businesses operate in four different markets, but they rest on one way of thinking. The same service standard, the same honesty in product information, the same responsibility for the whole process — from sourcing the goods to delivery to the customer.
QUC is gradually transforming towards a more sustainable and efficient business model. The following things are working now — they are not a plan.
We are expanding our fleet of electric vehicles, including those used by our sales representatives. We intend to continue electrifying the fleet.
We use a photovoltaic installation at our headquarters, so part of the energy needed to run the company comes from renewable sources.
We develop distribution so that we can efficiently serve areas within a reasonable distance of the Jasło warehouse — limiting empty runs and unnecessary transport.
We want to use the experience gained across various industries, together with our competences in technical chemistry, materials, logistics and industrial processes, to recover valuable components from post-process materials and other material streams.
Sourcing post-process materials and other material streams that currently end up as waste.
Extracting valuable components using our technical chemistry expertise.
Returning the recovered raw material to the material cycle.
Building a product with real market value on that basis.
We do not present QUC as a company that already runs these processes at scale. This is a strategic direction for the company. Ultimately, the circular economy is to be not only part of QUC's environmental responsibility, but also one of its future areas of competence and business.
By 2030 we want to consistently reduce QUC's environmental impact through further fleet electrification, the use of our own renewable energy, transport optimisation, reducing waste and material losses, and developing technologies that make it possible to recover and reuse valuable raw materials.
We do not publish data on tonnes recovered, the share of returned materials or emission reductions until we have a system that allows us to measure them reliably. We would rather show a direction than an indicator that cannot be verified.
QUC is consistently adapting its product portfolio, processes and packaging to changing European Union regulations, including the requirements of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
The work covers a review of the portfolio, product documentation and the packaging used in each of the four businesses.

QUC is involved primarily in initiatives connected with Jasło and the Podkarpacie region. We support local sport, entrepreneurship, culture, artists and community events.
We do not build an artificially crafted ESG policy. We show what we actually do — on the scale of a company employing around 15 people.

We support entrepreneurs from the Podkarpacie region and are involved in the local business community. The President of QUC's Management Board served as a Management Board member of the Jasło Entrepreneurs' Association.
In research and development we cooperate with experts and staff associated with the AGH University of Krakow. This is cooperation with university experts, not a formal institutional partnership.
From the start we tell people joining QUC that people are the company's key value. We want to build an environment based on stability, long-term cooperation, responsibility, skills development and workplace safety.
Careers at QUCLong-term cooperation instead of turnover.
Skills built within the organisation.
Real influence on what we do.
Working conditions as the foundation, not an add-on.
